First time booking Chris from Expert Heat, he came recommended by my now retired old boiler service engineer. From start to finish, Chris’s company send plenty of notifications from a booking confirmation, to reminder on the day, as well as text messages, so very efficient. Chris was friendly & took time to explain certain aspects to the functionality of my boiler, which helped me understand better. My boiler decided to leak on Sunday evening and Expert Heat managed to get to me the next day to look at it.

The issue was quickly diagnosed and the faulty part replaced and the boiler was back up and running in no time.

I was very happy and will continue using Expert Heat without hessitation.

Excellent service ,yet again , from chris , a true professional who knows his job inside out . Superb knowledge .Had a yearly service on our boiler and new flush system and filler valve on our upstairs loo and also a replacement stop tap as ours had completely seized. Chris attended at the arranged time and completed all jobs with minimal fuss and no mess . Also gave advice regarding our combi boiler for future reference. SMS messages are sent to remind the customer of the time and date of the appointment, they will contact me next year ready for my next service plus any other jobs I deem necessary . It gives me peace of mind to know they are only a phone call away in an emergency . If you don’t have a regular gas /plumber for you needs ,then give expert heat a call , you will not be disappointed. Thanks chris and associated personnel this is one very happy customer.

They were really accommodating and fitted in a gas inspection with a few days’ notice and on a weekend even though they don’t do them on Saturday.

From the online booking service to the work being completed expert heat were efficient, professional and friendly. Bev replied to emails in a short span of time. On the day of the appointment I was informed when my engineer would arrive. Chris was professional and friendly, did the job very well. There was a part that was probably misbagged, Chris got onto the phone, went to collect it and put it in. Kept me informed of what he was doing and also increased my awareness of things that I did not know. All in all, this was a great experience.

Very polite and trustworthy person. Used him fo over 10 years and if he thinks a part doesn’t need replacing he will advise you and remove off the bill. The same goes if he recommends that a part is likely to give issues later and worth changing at that time it would save you money in the long term.

Chris responded brilliantly to our frail elderly relative. He came the day after calling him and gave us excellent service to fix their boiler. We were expecting to have to pay for a new one but he gave us an honest opinion and was able to fix it very promptly with great explanations along the way. We would really recommend!
